I had some bloodwork done before starting the program and my blood sugar was at its highest, at 124. Recently, I got my bloodwork done again and my blood sugar is 76. WOW!
I've tried to keep my blood sugar below 100 and had gotten it to 93 a few months ago...but 76? WOW! That's a huge bonus for me. It wasn't even a goal of mine when I joined the program.

Celebrating Transformation and New Beginnings! Tonight marked a celebration point in my Healthy Thriving Woman™ program with the incredible Coach Laurie Rock and an amazing group of women.
Week after week, we showed up, vulnerable, strong, and supportive, lifting each other higher in ways that words can’t even capture.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss—it's about releasing what no longer serves us and stepping into our strongest, freest, and most aligned selves.
